The item is fantastic. The print is great, the quality is great. I absolutely love it. However, I purchased the item on 7/10, and was given a notification that any item listed as "in-stock" by the seller would be shipped within 24 hours. The expected delivery date was a wide range, from 7/13 to 7/22. On 7/20, when it still had not shipped, I messaged requesting an update on the shipping status - I said I did not mind that the item would not arrive by 7/22, I was not in a rush, I just wanted an update with an accurate ETA of when it may be shipped. I received no response. 24 hours later, I sent a follow only asking for an ETA for shipping. Two days later, I got a notification of the item being shipped, but the seller has never responded to me once, ignoring both messages. Great item, terrible customer service.

The shorts are great quality and exactly what I wanted for my grandson. Our issue was with shipping. I ordered the on 6/13 with an estimated delivery 6/29-7/9. We received them on 7/20. The seller was not quick to reply to inquiries via Etsy but did reply when contacted via social media. Our grandson absolutely loves the shorts and we are very thankful they arrived in time for the gift giving occasion. Order very early!
