CUSTOM JERSEYS
We stand behind all of our jerseys like Elaine stands behind Puddy. If your jersey(s) is manufactured incorrectly - whether it be incorrect sizing, misspelled name, or any sort of imperfection, we will have another jersey made and shipped as quickly as possible. However, if your jersey does not fit you, but was made accurately according to our size charts, we cannot provide a refund or exchange of any sort. We strongly encourage everyone to check our size charts before ordering. All brands are different and there's no universal size chart.

Please note that any sort of issue (incorrect sizing, misspelled name, or any sort of imperfection) must be reported within seven (7) days from the date your order was delivered. 

IN-STOCK JERSEYS
We accept returns and size exchanges for in-stock jerseys in unworn condition within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges for an alternate in-stock design are also permitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
No restocking fees or exchange fees apply. However, customers are responsible for all postage and shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Please ensure your item meets the return or exchange requirements before shipping it back.
